Terms and Conditions to win a £100 Ecoswap gift voucher 
 
This promotion is run by Zero FinTech Ltd 

To enter the prize draw, you must be aged 18+ at the time of entry and reside in the UK. 

To qualify you must have answered all questions on Zero’s winter survey and put your email address in the comment box by 11.59pm 17th October 2025. 

Winners will be chosen at random by using a random number generator on 20/10/2025. 

Zero Fintech Ltd will contact the winners within 7 days of the draw date via the email address provided. 

Zero Fintech Ltd will gather the name of the winner. The voucher will then be emailed to the winner.  

Zero Fintech Ltd will attempt to contact the winner via email twice. If the winner does not respond or the prize is not claimed within 7 days of the second email, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn at random.  

Zero Fintech Ltd may require documentary evidence from the winner to prove their age, in line with the eligibility requirements in clause 1.    

The prize is not transferable and there are no alternatives available.   

Zero Fintech Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this prize draw at any time without notice.  

Zero Fintech Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility for claims under this promotion which are lost, delayed or undelivered, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access.  

Each winner’s surname and county may be available upon request 4 months after the acceptance of the prize where the winner is aged 18 or over. Zero Fintech Ltd will not make their details available to members of the public, but the winner acknowledges that Zero Fintech Ltd may still be required to share their details with the Advertising Standards Authority.
