Spending with Zero just got easier with the launch of Apple Pay 

With more than 6,500 customers already on board, we’re building our future hand-in-hand with the people who use Zero. Thanks to direct conversations with our community, Zero has a clear understanding of what our customers want, and this one was high on the list.    

With the launch of Apple Pay as an easy, secure and private way to pay, all Zero customers with an iPhone or Apple Watch can now access this contactless payment method.  
 
What Apple devices can I use to make a payment? 
With Apple Pay, you can pay quickly and easily with your Zero card right from your iPhone or Apple Watch.  
 
How secure is Apple Pay? 
Apple Pay uses security features built into your Apple device, including Face ID and Touch ID - which are designed so only you can authorise payments.  

Is Apple Pay quicker than using my Card?  
With Apple Pay, information like your name and address automatically populates at checkout. Now, paying is faster than ever.  
 
How do I set up Apple Pay on my iPhone? 

This is super easy.  

  • Open the Zero Mobile Banking App on your iPhone: 
  • Tap the ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ button 
  • Follow the steps in your Apple Wallet 

How do I set up Apple Pay on my Apple Watch?  

  • Open the Watch App on your iPhone 
  • Scroll down to Wallet & Apple Pay 
  • Tap Add next to the Zero card 

Note: Your Zero debit card must be active to be able to use Apple Pay.
