The role
We’re looking for exceptional Customer Experience Associates to join our team. As one of the founding members of our customer services team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our processes, growing alongside us as Zero expands. Together, we’ll redefine what it means to support customers while helping the planet to thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating on the design of seamless customer processes that ensure every Zero customer has a remarkable experience, You’ll provide valuable feedback to continually evolve and enhance our service.
- Delivering outstanding customer support over the phone and email, resolving queries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Supporting our customers in becoming educated about Zero’s innovative products and services, empowering them to make eco-conscious financial choices.
Experience sought:
- Customer Service experience (bonus points if it's in banking or financial services, but not essential).
- A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a great telephone manner.
- Someone who takes ownership, solving problems with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple systems to resolve customer queries.
- A passion for improving processes and driving positive change.
Package & Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £25k-£27k depending on experience
